Why am I getting a fast busy tone on outgoing calls?

1. You need to make sure that you are dialing all 11 digits of the phone number for ALL calls (except local calls) in the U.S. and Canada. For example, dial 1-212-345-6789 not just 212-345-6789. You should dial 011 + country code + city code + number for all International numbers.
2. If you are dialing correctly and you are still getting a fast busy tone, restart your home network. Click here for instructions on how to restart your home network.
3. If this did not solve the problem, contact SIP XTREME customer service.
